Strengthening, stretching and dance, in general, is a great way to let go of tension and de-stress. Body conditioning is a hugely important part of the dancer's life. If the body's strong and able, performing the choreography becomes easier. Dance conditioning class will always begin with a solid warm-up which is designed to help with mobility, flexibility, balance, posture, coordination and overall strength to give the dancer a solid foundation for a dance class. Not only will it change the way you think about and understand your body, but you will also increase your flexibility and improve body awareness through a special mind/muscle connection. You'll move, perform and feel better with muscles that are longer, stronger, more supple, and healthy from the inside-out and end-to-end! This class particularly good for taking your dance practice further and prevent injuries.  Rima loves dancers who are committed to training and to hard work, so let's do it!
