Stretch & Tone is a one-hour class dedicated to dancers and those who care about body wellness. The class is held every Tuesday and Thursday at City Dance studio and utilizes a variety of stretching and toning exercises to increase flexibility, strength, and balance.

Stretching and toning the body is crucial for dancers and anyone who wants to maintain a healthy and flexible body. At City Dance studio in Vilnius, we offer a Stretch & Tone class that is perfect for those who are looking to improve their overall body wellness.

The purpose of the class is to help participants increase their flexibility and strength, as well as to improve their posture and balance. The class is structured in a way that allows participants to work on different parts of their body, including their legs, core, arms, and back. The exercises included in the class are designed to be safe and effective, and can be modified to suit different levels of fitness.

When attending the Stretch & Tone class at City Dance studio, participants can expect a welcoming and supportive environment. The class is led by an experienced and certified instructor who will guide participants through each exercise and provide modifications and adjustments as needed.

Participants are encouraged to wear comfortable clothing that allows for movement, such as leggings and a tank top. Mats are provided at the studio, but participants may also bring their own if they prefer. It is also recommended that participants bring a water bottle to stay hydrated throughout the class.

The Stretch & Tone class is held every Thursday from 17:30 at City Dance studio. This class is not just for dancers, but for anyone who is looking to improve their overall body wellness.
